Abbott Forbes Solicitors was set up in 2003 by M. Nawaz Khan. We are accredited by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and are members of the Law Society of England and Wales. We aim to provide a dedicated and caring service to all our clients, no matter how simple or complex the case may be. We act in the best interests of our clients to achieve the best outcome possible. Nawaz Khan believes in the rule of law and access to justice and is Council Member for Bucks and Oxon on the Law Society Council, Chancery Lane, London since 2015. We specialise in Crime and Regulatory Matters. We are accredited to provide services under a Legal Aid Contract since 2003 and also offer fixed fees in criminal matters.

We offer 24 hour advice at the police station if you or someone needs emergency advice, upon arrest and detention at the police station. We also offer Family Law services on a private client basis and can assist you with divorce, Child Contact and Financial Proceedings. Our team can assist with Immigration advice, advising on individual cases and preparing applications to the Home Office, such as spouse visas, leave to remain or applying for British citizenship. Our office is located in the heart of Oxford City centre, with excellent transport links to London and the rest of the country. We are happy to travel within a reasonable distance. We aim to use enhanced technology wherever possible.
