Our team can assist with Immigration advice, advising on individual cases and preparing applications to the Home Office, such as spouse visas, leave to remain or applying for British citizenship. Our office is located in the heart of Oxford City centre, with excellent transport links to London and the rest of the country. We are happy to travel within a reasonable distance. We aim to use enhanced technology wherever possible.
Nawaz Khan is assisted by a small team of senior caseworker/ police station advisers and a trainee solicitor, who support him in Criminal, Family and Immigration Work. The team combined have over 50 years experience in Criminal law, Family and Immigration Law and have dealt with all manner of serious and minor cases.
