M. Nawaz Khan

Principal Solicitor

Nawaz Khan has been in continuous practice since 1996. He is the Principal Solicitor and specialises in all areas of criminal law, fraud and regulatory offences.    He has 25 years of experience in the criminal law field.  He obtained his Law Degree from Leicester University in 1992 and completed the Law Society Professional Exam in 1993. 

He has dealt with thousands of cases in his career in following types of offences:

• Serious violence Inc GBH, Murder
• Fraud and Money Laundering
• Drugs Possession and Supply
• Domestic Violence
• Sexual Offences including those prosecuted many years later
• Assault and Public Order

He speaks several languages, including French, Urdu, Punjabi and Arabic.

He is accredited under the Criminal Litigation Accredited Scheme and is Police Station and Court Duty Solicitor for last 25 years.   He is a Solicitor-Advocate with Higher Rights of Audience and represents clients in the Crown Court.

Whilst the majority of the firm’s practice is in Criminal Law, we have expanded in practice areas to provide advice and representation in Family and Immigration cases.  

We can assist you with Divorce, financial settlements, Child arrangement proceedings. Nawaz Khan supervises this work, and we have achieved very positive outcomes for our clients.
